After many centuries Tai chi chuan became well known as an ideal exercise to reduce stress, improve concentration, coordination and balance. Through various movements working on more than 700 parts of the human body, it helps not only to stretch and strengthen muscles but also it helps to maintain elastic ligaments, flexible tendons and mobile joints. Executed in a calm and relaxed manner the movements improve respiration. The body becomes less tense, which improves blood circulation, reduces high blood pressure and lightens the workload on the heart.
Courses are available for Beginners in the daytime and evening.
